<p>The invention relates to a single or multi-layered product containing alpha -olefin-vinylalcohol-copolymers and at least one alpha -olefin-vinylacetate-copolymer, characterized in that the alpha -olefin-vinylacetate-copolymer contains 35 99.99 wt. % vinylacetate repeating units having good flexibility enabling them to be processed to form films or other thin-walled articles which are transparent after they have been drawn or deep-drawn. The invention also relates to a method for the production and use thereof as packaging films.</p>
