The drive has two working chambers with at least one connected to a throttling passage (33) divided into two sections by a housing (36) in which is installed a rotatable throttling component (48). The throttling component in relation to the housing is axially stationary and at the same time rotatable. A throttling point (34) is defined by a circumferential-side wall section of housing lying on the same axial level with the mouth of the circumferential-side section of throttling passage, and a throttling slot on the outer circumference of throttling component and overlapped by the wall section.
