An endoscope device, wherein first and second fluid lines are disposed in a flexible endoscope tube (3) along the axial direction thereof, a balloon (4) expanded by air filled from the first fluid line is fixed to the tip outer peripheral part of the endoscope tube (3), a sucking outer tube body (35) having a plurality of suction holes (36) at proper intervals in the axial direction for communication with the second fluid line is fixed to near the base end outer peripheral part of the endoscope tube (3) adjacent to the balloon (4), air is filled into the balloon (4) of the endoscope tube (3) inserted into a large intestine through the first fluid line, the inside of the sucking outer tube body (35) is brought into a negative pressure through the second fluid line with an enteron arrested to suck the inside wall of the enteron (C) to the suction holes (36) formed in the peripheral surface of the sucking outer tube body (35), the enteron (C) is shortened toward the base end side of the endoscope tube (3) when the endoscope tube (3) is pulled to the base end side in this state, and then the balloon (4) is contracted, the negative pressure in the sucking outer tube body (35) is relieved, and the endoscope tube (3) is moved forward.
