PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a metal product with double wall is provided which manufactures various molded articles simply and easily and is capable of bonding the bonding surface with high degree of difficulty firmly, simply and easily as bonding the double walled metal panel with an insert by blow molding a double walled metal panel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for forming a metal product with double wall comprises upper and lower molding plates(3,4) which are connected to upper and lower dies(1,2) so that a cavity for molding a double walled metal panel(100) in a certain shape is formed; cutters(7) that are fixed to the end part of the upper and lower molding plates; a cooling means(60) for cooling the upper and lower molding plates; a high frequency induction heating means(50) that is connected to the upper and lower dies to high frequency induction heating the double walled metal panel that is inserted into the cavity between the upper and lower molding plates; and an air injection means(40) for injecting high temperature/high pressure air into each space part(103) of the double walled metal panel so that the apparatus blow molds the double walled metal panel(100).
