PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the position of the jet orifice of an air jet nozzle 4 is fixed if the air jet nozzle 4 is formed from a material having rigidity such as a metal or the like, like a conventional cleaning apparatus, when a waste toner container 2 is cleaned and the jet direction of air is not changed and the region in the container directly receiving the ejection of air becomes narrow and, therefore, the separation of a powder is not accelerated in a region not directly receiving the ejection of air and a long time is required in the cleaning of the waste toner container 2. SOLUTION: At least the root part of the air jet nozzle 4 is formed from a flexible material so that the position of the jet orifice of the air jet nozzle 4 is changed at random in the container when air is supplied to the air jet nozzle 4. |
