PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large printer with a housing section for holding cut sheets through an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: The large printer is provided, on the rear side of a roll sheet cover 6 thereof, with a cut sheet holder 9. Bottomed box type cut sheet supports 9a and 9b each having an opening on the opposing side are formed into frame shape supporting the circumferential fringe of a cut sheet and the central parts thereof are disposed oppositely while being spaced apart by a specified distance. A cut sheet 9c is placed between the roll sheet cover 6 and the supports 9a and 9b. Since the cut sheet 9c is supported by the support 9a when the roll sheet cover 6 is opened and supported by the support 9b when the roll sheet cover 6 is closed, the cut sheet 9c is prevented from falling when the roll sheet cover 6 is opened or closed. The supports 9a and 9b can be formed at a low cost by simply varying the shape of the roll sheet cover without requiring alteration of material or post-machining.
