PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrotherapeutic massage apparatus capable of giving the same feeling as an actual massage by hands of a person by giving an output pulse periodically fluctuated in level at a low frequency. SOLUTION: This massage apparatus comprises a charge and discharge circuit 10 for generating a periodically fluctuating wave in level at low frequency; an IC circuit for generating a pulse; a modulation means 12 for modulating the pulse to a level according to the periodically fluctuating wave; and a superposing means 16 for superposing a pulse of fixed level to the pulse modulated in level. This massage apparatus outputs the output pulse according to the superposed pulse outputted from the superposing means 16.
