PURPOSE: A coupling device of a high-pressure gas supply unit is provided to easily mount and separate a high-pressure gas supply unit and a fixed unit. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device of a high-pressure gas supply unit(36) includes a fixed unit(32), forming a conduit line(31) for the flow of high-pressure gas(37) within; the high-pressure gas supply unit, coupled with the fixed unit, to supply high-pressure gas to the conduit line of the fixed unit; a movable piston(35), disposed between the fixed unit and the high-pressure gas supply unit and vertically moved within the inner wall of the high-pressure gas supply unit; and a gasket(33), disposed between the movable piston and the fixed unit, to prevent high-pressure gas from being spouted out. The movable piston forms an O-ring(34), to be adhered closely to the inner wall of the high-pressure gas supply unit. Therefore, the high-pressure gas supply unit and the fixed unit are easily mounted and separated.
