PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible for a passenger to grasp a coach of a conventional train at el. with vacant seats at a riding time or at an early stage after riding and to know quickly vacant seats, and it is needed for a conductor to perform a round checking of tickets to find illegal ridings. SOLUTION: A reading seat 101 for non-contact IC card reads vacancy/ occupancy of seats and reads information on a riding section of a passenger now using an IC card from the IC card to transmit to a communication control device 30 via a communication relay device 21. The control device 30 creates and updates a list of seating state and when arriving at a stopping station and receiving an instruction for opening doors, counts up a total number of openings of the doors from the first departure and retrieves information on stopping stations from the total number to acquire a name of an arrival station or a next stop station, checks riding sections on the list to instruct lighting of an indicating light 12-1 of seats of passengers who will get off at the next stop station and creates a state of vacant seats of each coach according to each seating state of the list to display on display panels 22 and 23. |
