PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance pleasure of watching sports or the like on TV by directly reflecting cheering of viewers who are watching the sports or the like on relay broadcast in the pictures and the sounds outputted from TV. SOLUTION: Cheering contents, such as sound effects and picture effects, including clapping, pepping whistle and drum sounds, cheering songs, and flags, which viewers may want when the viewers are watching TV are held in a cheering content holding means 2. When a viewer operates a remote controller 3 to choose from among the contents held in the cheering content holding means 2 a desired content matched with the scene the viewer is watching, the content is synchronously outputted from the TV 1. As a result, the viewer himself/herself can join the cheering for the viewer's favorite team as one of the fans of the team and can enjoy the enhanced pleasure of watching sports on TV.
