PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive and register an order while a guest is waiting. SOLUTION: When a group of guests visits a restaurant, a meeting staff hands one guest terminal 5 which is stocked on a counter 62 over to the representative the group. The guests browse menus on the guest terminal 5 in a waiting room and send orders to an order management server 1. The order management server 1 temporarily accepts the orders and transfers the order contents to a staff terminal 4. The staff reads aloud the order contents transferred to the staff terminal 4 to confirm the orders by the guests and the determination of the orders is reported from the staff terminal 4 to the order management server 1. The order management server 1 then determines the orders and displays the order contents on an order display device 2 arranged in the kitchen. |
