PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor which has excellent wear resistance when images of only the black are formed with a color image forming device and more preferably a tandem type image forming device which does not require a mechanism of attaching and detaching a transfer belt to and from the photoreceptor by using amorphous silicon and pressing the transfer belt with a suitable pressure. SOLUTION: A photoreceptor selected from amorphous silicon, selenium arsenide and an organic photoreceptor of Vickers hardness >=45 is used as the photoreceptor and the suitable pressing pressure is set between the photoreceptor and the transfer belt, by which the use of the transfer belt without spacing the belt from the photoreceptor is made possible.
