PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering/receiving support system for home constituent capable of determining shapes and specifications of home constituents simply and accurately without creating drawings and capable of coordinating between an orderer and a receiver without much expense in time and effort. SOLUTION: A server 2 comprises a shape drawing database 17 separating a staircase into a plurality of constituent elements 17a and storing potential patterns of combinations of the constituent elements 17a as shape drawings 17b of the staircase obtained by the combinations of the constituent elements 17a, a constituent part database 18 stored standard dimensions of constituent parts 10, a shape extracting means 24 extracting the shape drawings 17b of the staircase corresponding to the desired patterns when information on combinations including desired patterns of the combinations of the constituent elements 17a is inputted and a standard dimension extracting part 27 extracting standard dimensions of the constituent parts 10 appropriate to the staircase from the part database 18 when information on the dimensions including desired dimensions of each part of the staircase is inputted. |
