PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit, an electrode board, and a liquid crystal display device capable of displaying a high-definition map on a car navigation screen, and displaying a TV image on a TV screen without contraction of a display image. SOLUTION: In the case of displaying a car navigation screen, a scanning signal outputted from each shift register circuit part 201 is outputted to each scanning line sequentially by switching on a NAND circuit 211 of a mode change-over circuit part 202 and switching off an inverter circuit 212 by a display change-over signal. In the case of displaying a TV image, the scanning signal outputted from each shift register circuit part 201 is thinned out every other signal and a single scanning signal is outputted to two scanning lines at the same time by switching off the NAND circuit 211 of the mode change- over circuit part 202 and switching on the inverter circuit 212 by a display mode change-over signal.
