PURPOSE: A forming method of an elbow hole for educational materials is provided to supply excellent and cheap educational materials by easily punching the elbow hole in a wooden hexahedron. CONSTITUTION: A fixing portion is formed in the back for installing in a processing device. A wooden portion(32) is formed in front of the fixing portion. A cutting portion(33) is formed in the front end of the wooden portion and punches an elbow hole(H) by processing a block(BL). The cutting portion contains a main cutter having an inclined member toward the rotating direction and an auxiliary cutter having a smaller diameter than the main cutter. A tool is rotated without the directional movement. The elbow hole is formed by advancing the block, rotating at 90degrees and inversing in the tool. Thereby, the elbow hole is punched easily.
