PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body driver-controller capable of controlling the traveling speed of a movable body with stability without being influenced by disturbance and further controlling the traveling speed of the movable body with accuracy. SOLUTION: Either or both of driving force TK and braking force TB from a motor are kept exerted on a movable body 100, and the magnitude of the driving force TK and the magnitude of the braking force TB are balanced with each other with driving load kept exerted on the movable body 100. Thus, the traveling speed of the movable body 100 is brought close to a target speed.
