PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of deviation in the adjusted frequency. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator 30 is provided with a piezoelectric vibrator 10 configuring an oscillation circuit 31 at one side face 34 of a printed circuit board 32 and with a circuit component 36. The other side face 40 of the printed circuit board 32 is provided with a reactance pattern 42 to adjust an oscillated frequency from the oscillation circuit 31. A common wire part 42B of the reactance pattern 42 is exposed from a through 48 provided with a bottom side board 44 having an electromagnetic shield pattern 54. After the reactance pattern 42 seals one side face 34 of the printed circuit board 32 by a package cover 38, a laser 50 applies trimming processing to the reactance pattern 42.
