PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed comparison processing by converting the character string of a definition identifier into an abbreviated code string, and keeping the abbreviated code string within the size of processing word length. SOLUTION: This character string comparison processing system for identifier reference solution is provided with an original program 2, a translation system 1 for converting a definition identifier into an abbreviated code string, and for registering it, and an identifier table 3 for registering the abbreviated code string. The translation system 1 is provided with a definition identifier registration sub-system 11 constituted of a character numeric generating means 111 for converting the definition identifier of the original program into the abbreviated code string and an identifier table registering means 112 for registering the abbreviated code string in the identifier table 3 and an identifier reference solution sub-system 12 constituted of a character numeric generating means 121 for converting the definition identifier of the original program 2 into the abbreviated code string, an identifier table retrieving means 122 for retrieving the identifier table 3 with the abbreviated code string, and a character numeric comparing means 123 for performing the reference solution of the abbreviated code string and the abbreviated code string of the identifier table 3. |
