<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a resin-metal composite material superior in adhesion between a resin material and a metal steel cable, along with the resin-metal composite material obtained by the method and a tire including the resin-metal composite material. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the resin-metal composite material includes a step of forming a resin material layer. In the step, the resin material is applied to a surface of the metal steel cable after applying a processing liquid to the surface of the metal steel cable, wherein the processing liquid contains a silane coupling agent and has a contact angle of≤80°to a brass plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
