PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein resolution of a received signal can be enhanced by expanding a band of spectral signals, while when a plurality of reflection points exist in extremely close vicinity to each other, sufficient resolution of the received signal cannot be obtained even if the band of the spectral signals is expanded. SOLUTION: A Fourier transform part 17 converts a plurality of polarization signals into the spectral signals. A multiple polarization band expanding part 18 executes linear predication to a plurality of spectral signals, and expands the band of the plurality of the spectral signals by taking into consideration the predication result.
