The holder (3) is fixed to the drainage sleeve (6) and the fixer (4) secured to the body surface or skin. The holder comes in closable ring collar form placed when open on the sleeve and holding this firm when closed to prevent sliding. The bendable fixing part has end connectors to close the holder parts together, either releasably or by engagement. The connectors can be joined up by adhesive or by latch and eyes. The holder is designed for increased adhesion where it faces the sleeve, or coated in friction-increasing material, and the fixer tabs (4) project tangentially from the closed holder ring.
