PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle-like vessel of low manufacturing cost, high operability and safety, and easily fractional recovery. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin spouting cap comprises a flexible synthetic resin cap body 1 having an assembly cylinder 2 to be externally locked to a bottle mouth cylinder 20, tightly fitted to the bottle mouth cylinder to form a spout 9, and a hard synthetic resin outer cap body 10 having an externally fitting cylinder 13 abutted on and externally fitted to the assembly cylinder having a locking piece circumferential bar 13a locked to a lower end face of the assembly cylinder and having a topped cylindrical lid body 15 integrated therewith via a hinge part 16 to open/close the spout. The assembling strength of the cap body with the bottle mouth cylinder is set so as to be manually detached when the outer cap body is detached. The assembling strength of the cap body with the outer cap body is set so as to realize manual detachment in a forcible plucking-off manner by setting the projection height of a locking piece circumferential bar of the exterior cylinder to easily realize separation. |
