<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extend a highly accurate system by means of a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In an attaching space 41 of a holder of a bracket member 36, fixed via a fixing leg part after assembled in a suspended state and positioned on a pair of rail members 8 and 9 which are supported in parallel with the optical axis, a holder member 37 in the optical part fixing space 47, of which an optical part 38 is housed and fixed, is assembled detachably. The holder member 37 is attracted by magnets 42 and 43 on the bracket member 36, and the fitted position is adjusted using a fine adjustment screw 44.</p> |
