SOLUTION: A wheel has a hub 1 which is formed substantially cylindrical and connected to an axle A, and a rim 2 which is positioned on the outer circumferential side of the hub 1 to interpose a tire T, a plurality of oil chambers R are demarcated in the circumferential direction of a plurality of bulkhead parts 3 by a plurality of bulkhead parts 3 formed of an elastic material which is deformed when the external force is applied between the outer circumference of the hub 1 and the inner circumference of the rim 2, and oil chambers R facing each other across the bulkhead parts 3 are communicated via orifices 3a formed in the bulkhead parts 3. |
