PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum generator capable of quickly, efficiently, and usefully performing vacuum destruction at a vacuum port side and also suitably being utilized for transportation handling of a work or the like. SOLUTION: An atmospheric pressure supply valve 120 controlling intercommunication of the atmospheric pressure is arranged in a passage intercommunicating a vacuum port 18 connecting an absorbing portion vacuum-absorbing a work and vacuum generating mechanism portion 22, and further, a check valve 110 is arranged in series relative to the atmospheric supply valve 120. |
