OPTICAL CONNECTOR FERRULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector ferrule that prevents an adhesive from flowing out and into a guide hole at sticking of boots. SOLUTION: The optical connector ferrule is equipped with a guide hole 3 for positioning connection in parallel with the inserting direction of an optical fiber and a boot inserting hole 9 for attaching an optical fiber protective boot with an adhesive. Between the guide hole 3 and the boot insertion hole 9, there is installed an adhesive effusion preventing means 13, that prevents the adhesive from flowing into the guide hole 3. This preventing means 13 is composed of a groove hole, projecting wall and a recessed step.
