PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a systemized kitchen to be heated in an energy-saving in accordance with a movement of a person even when the person moves before the kitchen. SOLUTION: The heater comprises a warm air generator 5, a duct 11 for laterally passing a warm air in a range in which the person moves, human body sensors 12a, 12b and 12c for detecting places in which the person exists, a plurality of warm air outlets 13a, 13b and 13c, and a plurality of dampers 14a, 14b and 14c for opening/closing a warm air passage. When the sensor detects the presence of the person, only the damper of the place corresponding thereto is opened to diffuse the warm air. Thus, even if the person exists at any place before the kitchen, the kitchen can be heated by the bare essentials of a power and a wind power.
