PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable microchamical system, capable of improving work efficiency of the user. SOLUTION: This microchamical system 1 is equipped with a board-like member 10 provided with various components, namely, an optical unit 1a. The board-like member 10 is equipped with an optical waveguide 20, formed for an optical path for excitation light and detection light, an irradiation lens 30 arranged at the end on the downstream side in the traveling direction (direction at arrow A) of the excitation light and detection light between both ends of the optical waveguide 20, for irradiating a sample with excitation light and detection light, a passage 40 positioned on the downstream side in the direction of the arrow A from the irradiation lens 30, for flowing a liquid including the sample to flow, and a detector 50, disposed the further downstream side in the arrow A direction than the passage 40. |
