PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an output torque in zero-starting, to improve slow-speed traveling performance, to effectively utilize an output of a transmission gear 74 with high power transmission efficiency in a working speed, and to improve working efficiency or the like on a mud road surface. SOLUTION: This work vehicle is provided with the transmission gear 74 and a hydraulic shift mechanism 57 transmitting drive force of an engine 2, and composes respective outputs of the hydraulic shift mechanism 57 and the transmission gear 74 to form a shift output. The respective outputs of normal rotation or reverse rotation of the hydraulic shift mechanism 57 rotate a composite output shaft 84 composing the respective outputs of the hydraulic shift mechanism 57 and the transmission gear 74 to output the shift output, in one direction.
