An external tube (5), being connected to a supply set (6) is attached by means of a loop clamp (9) to an adsorption column (1) inlet connection (10). An internal liquid supply tube (2), being placed within said external tube (5) is attached thereto by means of a fixing coupling sleeve (4). Interspace formed between the internal liquid supply tube (2) and a wall of said external tube (5) is connected with an air discharge tube (3) provided with a shut-off element (11). The invention is characterized in that a syringe is put onto the end of said air discharge tube (3), said shut-off element (11) is released and air is exhausted from the adsorption column (1) by pulling up the syringe piston.
