PURPOSE: A turbo fan for an air conditioner is provided to form high flow while reducing load applied to a fan by altering shapes of blades, thereby reducing power consumption and improving the property. CONSTITUTION: A turbo fan(50) for an air conditioner includes a hub(60) having a boss(62) connected with a driving element and having a circular edge; a plurality of blades(70) radially formed following the edge of the hub centering around the boss, wherein a predetermined part of the blade toward an air inlet side is formed in a backward vane shape, and the rest part of the blade toward an air outlet is formed in a forward vane shape; and a shroud(80) connecting one ends of the plurality of blades opposite to the hub.
