PURPOSE: Provided is a method for solidifying dust from a dust catcher of blast furnace, by using pulp sludge generated from a pulp plant as a binder. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1) collecting dust from blast furnace gas generated from iron works by a dust catcher; (S2) preparing pulp sludge generated from a pulp plant; (S3) preparing raw materials by mixing the dust and the pulp sludge; (S4) extrusion-molding the raw materials to produce solid material having a bar shape and (S5) heating the solid material at a temperature of 400 to 500°C for 10-20 minutes. |
