PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heating molded product, enabling efficient and high-safety heating by effectively suppressing or avoiding occurrence of concentration of radio-frequency energy during a process of molding raw materials prepared in plural molds which are continuously conveyed in wide-scale equipment by high-frequency heating. SOLUTION: This method for producing a heating molded product comprises the following process: dispensing raw material to be molded into an integral molds 5, continuously conveying plural molds each with the raw materials via a conveyor part 6 to transfer them to a heating zone B; wherein the heating zone B is divided into sub-zones b1, b2 respectively having electric power source parts 2a, 2b and electric power feeding parts 3a, 3b. In this process, occurrence of concentration of high-frequency energy can be suppressed or avoided because the heating zone B is divided into two while the material to be molded is heated and molded by applying high frequency wave to the integral molds 5 from the electric power feeding parts 3a, 3b. |
