<p>A method of producing an outer panel (6, 7, 8, 9) for vehicles (1), whereby a first and a second wall (21, 24) of thermoplastic polymer material are thermoformed by shaping the first wall (21) to define an outer or streamlined surface (22) of the vehicle (1), and by shaping the second wall (24) to form at least one recess (33, 43); the second wall (24) is positioned facing and connected integrally to the first wall (21), on the opposite side to the outer surface (22), so as to define a structure for reinforcing the first wall (21). <IMAGE></p> |
