METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing heat exchanger is provided to prevent leakage and to improve reliability of a product. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a step(31) manufacturing and assembling a first heat exchanger with material having melting temperature lower than melting temperature of clad layer of a second heat exchanger; a step(32) manufacturing and assembling the second heat exchanger with material having the clad layer with the melting temperature higher than melting temperature of clad layer of the first heat exchanger; a step(33) putting only the second heat exchanger into a blazing furnace to melting and joining the clad layer of the second heat exchanger; a step(34) installing the melted and joined second heat exchanger in one side of the first heat exchanger to assemble; and a step(35) putting an assembly of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger in the blazing furnace and heating at temperature melting only the clad layer of the first heat exchanger to join the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger.
