PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sacrum fixing device capable of stably fixing the sacrum without damaging the skull or the sacrum. SOLUTION: The sacrum fixing device has an upper lid 11 having a plurality of holes 11a and 11a, a plurality of the pins 12 and 12 passed through the holes 11a and 11b and a plurality of lower lids 13 and 13 bonded to the respective pins 12 and a plurality of slits 11c are radially formed to the holes 11a of the upper lid 11. The lower lids 13 are placed under the skull 15 as one set at a predetermined interval and the sacrum 16 is placed at the original position. The pins 12 and 12 are inserted in the holes 11a and 11b of the upper lid 11 and the upper lid 11 is pushed down until brought into contact with the skull 15 and the sacrum 16. The parts protruded from the upper lid of the pins are cut off. This operation is performed with respect to a plurality of the sacrum fixing devices arranged around the sacrum. Since each of the sacrum fixing devices is fixed by two pins, it can be stably fixed without being shaken.
