PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure accessory unit for a shoe sock, which can press a sole of a foot even when walking, can be provided with acupressure pieces detachably on necessary spots in the sock, and keeps hygienic inside a shoe. SOLUTION: The shoe sock is provided with an insole member (1) which is made of a rather soft material, and is formed with countless small well-regulated holes (2), wherein tapered shapes are formed each widening in the direction from the observe face to the reverse face. The acupressure accessory unit for the shoe sock is provided in the small holes (2) with one or a plurality of acupressure pieces (3) each of which has a projected head portion (3a) made of a magnetic material, and an engagement pin (3b) formed expandedly in the direction from the head portion to a distal end so as to be fitted to the small hall (2). As a part of the insole material, a mugwort substance is includedly utilized.
