FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: pot has stainless steel vessel, heat-conductive layer positioned under vessel bottom, replaceable inserts positioned for contacting with vessel, closure, and housing adjoining to heat-conductive layer. Heat-conductive metal is corrosion resistant alloy having heat conduction coefficient exceeding that of vessel material by 8-14 times. One of replaceable inserts is positioned on vessel, is equipped with side wall, additional vessel and partition walls connected to pipe located inside replaceable insert. Ends of replaceable insert are made curved for enabling contacting with curved flanges of closure and vessel. Such construction provides for stabilized thermal processing of natural products without use of water and fats, with basic amount of useful components being kept in ready product, in particular, it may be used for processing of food products to prepare alcohol-containing liquid free from contaminants, for example, vodka.
