PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable which can be connected to a device using an electric power source of high voltage. SOLUTION: The cable comprises a fiber core 20, the first layer 22 made of a polymer of relatively non-insulating electrical property, the second layer 24 made of a polymer of relatively non-conductive electrical property, the third layer 26 made of a polymer of relatively non-insulating electrical property, the forth layer 28 containing metal knitted shield and the fifth layer 30 containing a polymer jacket having fine solvent resistance and friction resistance.
