PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of a network facility which has no necessity for maintenance or management of the network facility by each tenant and to provide the network facility with sufficient functions. SOLUTION: A maintenance contract is closed by having a network facility maintenance provision system proposed to an owner of a rental building from a managing center 1 and having the rental building owner place an order to the managing center 1. After that, operation is consigned from the rental building owner to the managing center 1. Then, a response of repair or maintenance is carried out when a repair or maintenance request for the network facility 3a or whatever that is applicable arises according to the contents of the consigned operation and an invoice is issued to each tenant according to the amount of communication. Furthermore, these dispensations are carried out based on use state data transmitted from a use state detecting part 3b. Additionally, the management center 1 proposes exchange or renewal of the network facility 3a to the rental building owner. |
