PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making a perfume component soluble without inhibiting foaming in a composition for mouth washer such as mouth wash and water dentrifice. SOLUTION: Polyoxybutylene polyglycerine monoalkyl ether is contained in a composition for a mouth washer such as a mouth wash and water dentrifice. As these alkyl group, it is desirable to have 12-24 carbons such as laureth group, myristate group, palmityl group, stearyl group, and behenyl group, and stearyl group among that is especially desirable. The desirable volume contained of polyoxybutylene polyglycerine monoalkyl ether is 0.01-10 weight %, and 0.05-5 weight % is more desirable. The composition of this invention is also suitable for non-alcoholic type.
