PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating instruction system which integrates an instruction system of printing operation of a printed material by a printing method of lowest unit price according to a delivery request of the printed material from a customer and delivery operation of the printed material. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a delivery request receiving means which receives a delivery request including printed material specifying information to specify the delivered printed material, a unit price calculating means which calculates unit price of the printed material by the printing method, which can print the printed material specified by the printed material specifying information, and a printing instruction output means which selects a printing method of the lowest unit price among the printing methods that the unit price is calculated by the unit price calculating means and creates and outputs printing instruction data for printing the printed material by the printing method.
