<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion heat flow rate measuring instrument simple in constitution capable of accurately measuring the use flow rate as fuel of a fluid on the basis of the dimension of a combustion heat flow rate, even if one or more different variations are present in the compositional component ratio of the fluid, a gas meter and a gas use quantity inspection device. SOLUTION: The change in quantity of heat or in temperature caused by the flow of the fluid in a flow passage is detected by a flow rate measuring sensor (flow rate measuring means) 100 to be outputted as an electric signal. The electric signal is subjected to linear corresponding processing (processing linearly corresponding to a combustion heat flow rate per a unit time) in an linearization arithmetic part (linearization arithemetic means) 201, to more directly obtain the data of the accurate combustion heat flow rate value wherein tolerance is received in a predetermined allowable range.</p> |
