<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize functions ranging from reading, storing, managing, and printing of a name card in a system by providing a read function and management function of the name card to a copying machine accustomed to use daily at an office, and to realize improvement of operability and easy management for computerization of the name card. SOLUTION: The system is constituted to read image data from a name card by a scanner part 12, and to automatically assign an identification ID such as a name, a save area, and a save format corresponding to the purpose of use by a CPU 11 in storing the read image data in a storage 15 by intended uses of the image data.</p> |
