PREPARATION METHOD OF GLUCOSE POWDER USING GLUCOSE HYDROL

PURPOSE: A method for preparing glucose powder using glucose hydrol is provided, to obtain powdered glucose by using hydrol generated in the process of making glucose from corn or other starch by hydrolysis(saccharification). CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of increasing the content of monosaccharides contained in the hydrol; concentrating the hydrol; crystallizing the concentrated one; and drying the crystallized one. Preferably the content of monosaccharides is increased by diluting the hydrol to 20-33 %; heating the diluted one at 50-60 deg.C; and saccharifying the heated one to the saccharified enzyme, the protease or the fixed saccharified enzyme by using a saccharification enzyme comprising α-amylase or glucoamylase.
