PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing foreign materials contained in earth and sand of construction waste is provided to increase treatment efficiency of the construction waste and recycle foreign material sorted pure earth and sand by sorting various foreign materials from earth and sand contained in the construction waste. CONSTITUTION: In a foreign material removing apparatus for removing foreign materials contained in earth and sand by supplying earth and sand sorted to a certain size by a vibration mesh(8) onto a transfer conveyor(7), the apparatus for removing foreign materials contained in earth and sand of construction waste comprises a plurality of inlets(1,1') which are installed right above an earth and sand transfer path of the transfer conveyor(7) so that the inlets(1,1') are connected to an inlet duct(11) connected to the inlet side of a blower(4); an earth and sand flipper(2) and an earth and sand spreader(3) which are installed on the transfer conveyor(7) between the inlets(1,1') by a support(21); an outlet duct(41) which is installed at the outlet side of the blower(4) so that the outlet duct(41) is connected to a first cyclone(5) at the lower part of which a first collection chamber is formed; a second cyclone(6) which is connected to the first cyclone(5) with a connection duct(51) being interposed between the first and second cyclones(5,6); and an outer barrel to the lower part of which a collection housing is connected with a heater being installed on the outer surface of the outer barrel, in which a heating screw is installed, and which is connected to the lower part of the second cyclone(6) with a rotary valve being interposed between the lower part of the second cyclone(6) and the outer barrel.
