PURPOSE: A linear motor having a radiating structure is provided to increase a thrust performance of a motor by efficiently discharging a heat generated in a coil and minimize a heat distortion according to a temperature by preventing the generated heat from being transmitted to an outside. CONSTITUTION: Magnets(12) are sequentially arranged in a longitudinal direction of a magnet plate(13) in a stator(30). In a moving member(20), polyphase coils(1) are attached to a core(2). In the core(2), a bolt(10) is locked to an upper plate(8). A heat generated in the polyphase coils(1) is conducted through a path of the coils(1)-the core(2)-the upper plate(8). An insulating plate(7) is inserted between the core(2) and the upper plate(8) and intercepts the conducted heat. The heat is propagated through a T type nut(3) and a bolt(10) which connect the core(2) and the upper plate(8) to each other. The T type nut(3) intercepts the heat propagation. A lower cooling pipe(4) cools the core(2). An upper cooling pipe(5) cools the upper plate(8). A U type groove is formed at an upper end of the core(2). The upper cooling pipe(5) is inserted into the U type groove.
