PURPOSE: A multifunctional copy holder is provided to maximally reduce the fatigue of eyes and neck, serve as a beauty tool and a frame calender for a user, increase the effect of keyboard typing exercise and make it easy to observe the rear area. CONSTITUTION: A first mirror(1) copies a document. A second mirror(2) receives the radiated document through reflection. A mirror support portion(3) can be adjusted in length. A fixing and rotating portion(4) fixed the mirror helps rotation. A bonding portion(5) is bonded to a monitor. A picture and calender fixing portion(6) is disposed at the rear face of the mirror. A case portion(7) surrounds the mirror. A groove portion(8) fits the mirror thereto.
