摘要 PURPOSE: A health food product obtained by mixing Carthami Flos, anchovy, laminaria, Rhynchosia volubilis, bamboo salt, malt, Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge or the like is provided which is convenient to eat due to removal of the sharp skin of Carthami Flos and has enhanced intestinal absorption. CONSTITUTION: The health food product contains 50% by weight of Carthami Flos, 15% by weight of an anchovy, 15% by weight of laminaria, 10% by weight of Rhynchosia volubilis, 2% by weight of bamboo salt, 3% by weight of malt and 5% by weight of Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge. The Carthami Flos is obtained by heating raw Carthami Flos in a double boiler at high pressure for 8hr, drying and then grinding.
