PURPOSE: An inorganic composite powder for color cosmetic comprising a primary surface coating layer of inorganic coating powder and silicon-based oil and a second surface coating layer of silicon fatty acid ester is provided. Therefore, a color composition containing the inorganic composite exhibits excellent adhesion and spreadability the skin and has an enhanced feel on use. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic composite powder for color cosmetic comprises: a primary surface coating layer of inorganic coating powder and silicon-based oil; and a second surface coating layer of silicon fatty acid ester. The silicon-based oil is methyl hydrogen polysiloxane, dimethyl polysiloxane, dimethyl siloxane, methylphenyl polysiloxane, methylphenyl siloxane, organopolysiloxane, octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane or a mixture thereof. In the powder, a weight ratio of inorganic composite powder/silicon-based oil/silicon fatty acid ester is in the range of 90 to 99% by weight/0.5 to 5% by weight/0.5 to 5% by weight.
